I'm Wilma Jozwiak, and I've been providing professional development and working on school improvement in New York State for almost twenty years - I'm also a complete information junkie. Given a
few free minutes, I dive into the Web and pull up pearls. After years
of bombarding listservs with isolated links, my friend Dan Stein
